Contest : Spread Security and Win an iPad II

Welcome to the second edition of Spread Security and Win, 10 February 2011 - 10 March 2011

It’s nice to have most of the guys who worked very hard for the prizes in the first edition and we love to have also new participants in the contest who can prove how good they are.

We are doing this contest to secure as much people as possible, there are a lot of threats in the wild right now, and I think nobody wants to have his bank account empty, and nobody wants his computer stalked by anybody. So, we thought that you, the participants would do a great job in spreading the word about securing computers to your friends, online friends, co-workers and family.

The contest is simple and is as follows:

1. You register on this page:

2. You get banners and a link with your own ID (which we are tracking to see if you spread the word) :) . The link goes to a page where your friends can get a free BitDefender Internet Security license for 90 days!

3. You post the banner on your blog/website/forum , you spread the word about the link on you facebook page, on your favorite forums and so on. (we’ve posted some other tips on MalwareCity’s facebook page here: )

4. At the end of the contest, the one who secures the most people gets the big prize!

Don’t worry there are also prizes for the other winners, check them out on the registration page ( and please don’t forget to read the Contest Rules.

Q&A’s in the comment area please.

Later Edit: Because fraud is not the right way to win this contest, we disqualified  Alex  Danila,  user id 35367768.

Please keep in mind that iframes or onload pop-ups are not allowed.

Later Edit 2: Traffic generators like easyhits4u, speedywebhits, traffic-splash trafic-gratis or other such services are not allowed .

Good luck with the contest!
